Observations

Many of my photographs emerge from walking, wandering, waiting, and paying attention. Ideas often travel with me for years until a moment of light, shadow, colour, texture, or reflection brings them to life.

These projects are visual explorations of the everyday—conversations with light, time, and space that reveal beauty and meaning in overlooked details. They remind us that wonder is often found not in extraordinary places, but in the familiar world around us.

” Sincerity and comfort is not a mere expression of words but expressions of real attitudes and actions…. Honesty is not just a word but proved by the fact what it is ….. Sincerity is not just a phrase but an attitude with patience as well as receiving good and bad feeling but saying with the circumstances that still run and full of confidence without coercion…. ” Yockhi Rahmadia

Shortening Shadows

When shadows start speaking to you and telling stories, how one could stop following the shadows! Shortening shadows is a series which I have been working for long time developed along with my other travel assignments- yet another ongoing project.

Conversations of Light

A photographic exploration of light, shadow, and silence within a dormitory space. Created over several nights, the project transforms ordinary interiors into atmospheric visual studies, revealing how light shapes mood, perception, and the emotional character of a place.

From the Wet Drape

In Bangalore's open-air laundries, wet garments become fleeting sculptures of colour, texture, and form. Beyond their visual beauty lies a story of care, trust, and the quiet dignity of workers entrusted with the belongings of strangers.
