In India, women are humiliated every day: hurt, harassed, violated and murdered. We may have 5G but surely lack grace, decency and ability to accept women as they are and what they are. Atrocities against women become intolerable when caste and other social inequities dominate men’s outlook. There is a despicable sense of entitlement among men towards women of every class and this needs to be resisted at every level. We should make a beginning by stop treating women as objects: whether objects of worship or desire. We should treat them as creatures of flesh and blood, with equal rights to dignity and life.

When an artist approaches a concept the metaphor always helps. It’s from my instinct that I derive the metaphor out of found objects at different times.
